I bought two backpacks last year one is working the other will not open at 000 and will also not allow me to reset the passcode… I have tried the reset button and followed instructions.
Please support on how to open?

I bought your lovely backpack with USB port. But have just discovered that some airlines may confiscate all smart bags at security! Wil, I be able to clear airport security if there are no batteries in it?
I bought a backpack a couple years ago and used it on a couple trips and it worked wonderfully. But now it won’t work for my next trip. For the price of the backpack and the little use it has gotten, the lock shouldn’t be broke and it is a big disappointment.
I’ve purchased a bag from Amazon. The 000 combo worked well for two months then all of a sudden it won’t unlock. I’ve tried to reset but the click sound isn’t working. Basically locked me out an won’t let me reset.
Looks like I am having the same issues as everyone else. I looked up instructions on how to change the code and when I followed the instructions it never reset. Help would be appreciated.
