Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at our Official Online Store(lovevook.com)! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Period

Within 30 days of receiving the product.

If the time exceeds 30 days, the product is still within our warranty period. You can learn more about our warranty policy.

Conditions Under Which You Bear Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind
  • Doesn’t fit
  • No longer needed
  • Ordered the wrong item

If the return or exchange is due to the above reasons, the returned items must be unused/in good condition, with original packaging. We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or altered items.

Product Quality Issues: If you find product quality issues (damage, tear, incomplete, wrinkles, discoloration, etc.) or receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us immediately with clear pictures of the issue. We will resolve it after inspection. Do not discard the plastic bag and packaging before the issue is resolved. If the item needs to be returned, we will arrange and cover the return shipping cost.
To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear pictures or videos highlighting the issue when contacting us. Thank you for your cooperation.

Proper Return and Exchange Process:

1. Before returning or exchanging, please contact us via email at support@lovevook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Items to be returned or exchanged
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Attached photos or videos showing the original condition of items, including packaging and tags

2. We will provide you with a new return address. Please do not send the bag to the address on the package.
3. Ensure the returned items are carefully and properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Hand your package to the carrier. After sending the package to the address provided via email, please provide the tracking number and website for tracking purposes.
5. We receive your return package:
If you choose a return: We will inspect the package for completeness and process the refund based on the return conditions. Refunds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days.

If you choose an exchange: If the package inspection shows the item is resaleable, we will arrange shipment for the replacement as soon as possible.
