One of the reasons I purchased this backpack/bag was for the charging port. Seems a bit pointless when you to use a charging bank as well – but disappointed. The bag itself is well made and I really like the blue & white colour. It is bigger than I thought it would be and has lots of pockets which I love, so will keep it
I received my bag, but it did not come with a USB port. However, it does seem to offer a lot of space and multiple compartments for storage.
I just purchased this bag and also thought I would be able to charge the bag that would charge a phone. Ridiculous feature but I still really like the bag
I agree, this is very misleading. I purchased this bag especially for the USB port. I have 3 bags and an external power pack charger. I could have easily put the power pack charger inside one of my existing bags. This should be explained before customers purchase this item. Will be returning the bag today. Very disappointed.
The charging feature is very misleading – the need to have a separate power bank negates the value of the feature entirely. The backpack offers nice organization and storage — so there are other reasons to love it. But, I chose this one especially for the built in charging feature and did not receive what I was expecting.
